Thank you to so many members who remembered me during the recent holiday season. Your best wishes during this crucial period of my life, being alone the first time in 34 years during Christmas/New Year, was very much appreciated.

Weekend of Hope Foundation/Jim Leavy Fund to help those families of cancer survivors in need for a relaxing and invigorating weekend in Vermont this coming May.One of our ALLIED members pledged a very generous donation and we look forward for many more to help this worthwhile movement grow! The study also showed that incentive rewards can change negative moods that otherwise would hinder employees in achieving their work goals, according to Hadlow, and that organizations can better hire and retain high-quality workers by using incentives.

An overwhelming 92% of workers surveyed indicated they achieved their goals because of incentives, while 57% of corporations reported that objectives were met
or surpassed, and 92% reported objectives were at least partially met. Long-term incentive programs are more effective than short-term programs - a 44% gain for programs beyond a year versus a 20% gain for programs of less than one month. Incentive programs structured with employee input work best; however, only 23% of incentive systems are selected with employee input.
