Essential Herbs: Everybody's Handbook to Health
by Lalitha Thomas, Kim Johansen (Illustrator)
Reviewer: A reader from Alaska, USA
I stumbled over this book while in community college. In May of
2000, I had a regular pap smear done and there was a diagnosis
of cervical dysplasia. Though I could not afford to get my cervix
scraped, I figured why wait to find out if it was genital warts.
I took the 21 day chapparal cleanse. Later on, a pap smear was
redone and there were no signs of abnormal cells. And also when
I had a herpes break-out, chapparal gave me such relief. Chapparal,
just as any other potent herb should be used with good instruction
and I believe Lalitha knows what she is talking about.
