I am a water aerobics instructor and have found this book to be of great help. The excersise were clearly defined as to muscle groups. You are able to design an individualized workout based on your own needs. There were good pictures detailing each excersise making it easy to follow. There are instructions requiring no equipment or specified equipment. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to make up a routine either for themselves or a group.
