• Massage Therapist*
500 Hours from an approved recognized school with Valid Brea City Massage License. Talented, friendly, and experienced individual who will deliver quality services with passion, expertise, and exceptional guest service. Must be proficient in all components of massage therapy with the ability to work in a busy service environment while maintaining superior guest focus. Must demonstrate the ability to attain guest expectations as a direct result of the services you provide and educate guests about products and services. Part-time position available. Weekends, evenings and some holidays a must.

• Skincare Retail Specialist*
Part-time positions available. Weekends and some holidays a must.

• Spa Coordinator*
Front Desk Spa Coordinator for the Estheticians, Nail Technicians and Massage Therapists. Customer service background and computer skills. Spa or salon experience a plus. Outgoing, friendly, detailed individual needed to greet, schedule, and assist our guests. Experienced at providing excellent guest services service both on the phone and in person.  Must have a flexible, open schedule and able to multitask. Prior cash handling and data entry experience needed. Knowledge of appointment software a plus. Part-time  positions available. Weekends, evenings and some holidays a must.

Corona

• Central Reservation Sales Agent*
Responsible for answering all inquiries about Glen Ivy Spa knowledgeably and converting all calls into bookings. Ensuring the booking is done accurately and efficiently. All calls must be answered professionally according to the standard and guidelines. Must be able to successfully utilize the ACD telephone, the spas activity management systems, the telephone switchboard, facsimile machine and copier. Computer proficient. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written in English. Have the open communication skills, articulate, constructive, and effective. Ability to remain calm, cool and levelheaded. Previous Sales, Call Center or Hospitality experience is helpful. Seasonal positions available must be available weekends and some holidays.

• Esthetician*
State of CA Cosmetology or State of CA Esthetician License required. Proficiency in European style facials, body and face waxing, knowledge in product recommendation, and guest communication skills. Provide healthy skin care and recommend professional products to create a daily regimen to help maintain healthy skin for our Glen Ivy guests. Seasonal positions available. Weekends and some holidays a must.

• Guest Service Coordinator*
Guests Services is, for many, the first impression our guests have of Glen Ivy.  We provide all necessary information and service that insure we exceed the Spa’s and our guests’ expectations. We are seeking competent, computer friendly individuals who are able to multi-task with a smile. Outgoing, friendly, detailed orientated individual needed to greet, schedule, and assist our guests. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and ability to educate guests on our products and services. Must be flexible with prior cashiering and data entry experience. Millennium knowledge a plus. Able to consistently provide necessary spa information to guests while creating a stress free relaxing visit. Promote Glen Ivy products and services to prospective and visiting guests. Knowledge of appointment software a plus. Seasonal positions available. Weekends and some holidays a must.

• Massage Coordinator Lead*
One year Guest Services experience and spa experience a plus. Fast-paced, service-based perspective. Proven track record of adding intrinsic and material value to an organization. Cash handling. Proven success at guest interaction and employee relations. Strong appointment booking and computer scheduling skill. Provide guidance and assistance to Guest Services staff. Handle guest disputes with grace and professionalism. Set the pace of department efficiency. Coordinate lunches and breaks. Coordinate shift changes in absence of staff member. Responsible for performing other duties, tasks, and projects at the direction of the Guest Service Supervisor and Manager. Train new hires for Guest Services. Report to Guest Service Supervisor and Manager with suggestions, ideas, or concerns. Full-time position available. Weekends and some holidays a must.

• Massage Therapist*
500 Hours from an approved recognized school with Riverside County Massage License. National Certification a plus. Talented, friendly, and experienced individual who will deliver quality services with passion, expertise, and exceptional guest service. Must be proficient in all components of massage therapy with the ability to work in a busy service environment while maintaining superior guest focus.  Must demonstrate the ability to attain guest expectations as a direct result of the services you provide and educate guests about products and services. Part-time position available. Weekends, evenings and some holidays a must.

• Nail Technician*
Friendly, licensed manicurist in a salon setting. Flexible professional with strong interpersonal skills.  Exceptional individual to provide healthy foot and hand treatments with a focus on the guests needs and concerns.  Must be a detail-oriented team player and provide own tools. Seasonal positions available. Weekends and some holidays a must.

• Spa Attendant*
Friendly, hardworking individual who will be conscientious of guest’s needs and surroundings.  Helpful, cheerful, professional attitude that help make our guest visits memorable. Keep pools, locker rooms, and grounds clean, safe, and attractive. Someone who takes pride and responsibility in their work and environment. First Aid/CPR a plus. Must enjoy working in extreme outdoor climates and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time, Part-time, temporary positions available must be available weekends and some holidays.

• Spa Coordinator*

• Temporary Central Reservation Lead*
Leads the entire operation of the Call Center along with the responsibilities of directing incoming calls to proper outlets in an efficient and professional manner. Highly motivated individual, with a minimum of 2 years lead/agent experience. Strong customer service and training skills. • Spa Director*
Experience in the hospitality sector with 3-5 years of senior leadership is a must. Accomplished professional who demonstrates the “heart of a servant” combined with assertive leadership style. Self motivated individual that is able to work well as part of the team. Ideal candidate will combine personality with protocols in creating staff support and providing exceptional guest experiences. Service Provider license and experience are preferred. Personable, outgoing and flexible person of character seeking to contribute to a dynamic team operation. Retail and guest service experience a must. Confident in motivating staff and exceeding guest expectations. Ideal candidate will possess the flexibility to thrive in unpredictable operations while maintaining a collective composure. Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a variety of roles. Basic requirements include some cash handling, staff scheduling, computer skills and some travel. Fulltime position available. Weekends, evenings and some holidays a must.
