The DSA and IMSA are the Associations for the Health and Wellness industry. We reach out to the broad range of wellness providers (affiliate organizations, industry publications and trade show groups) within our industry and invite all to actively participate in our organization. Our vision and mission were created from industry feedback, (and like the world at large, are fluid. We review our Vision and Mission constantly to make sure we are staying up to date with our changing times.)
We are committed to:
- Representing the voice and being the champion of the health and wellness community
- Being the go-to resource for industry members by Connecting the Community and providing a platform for building relationships
- Life long learning opportunities including acquiring CE accredited education
- Increasing and growing our partnerships with other associations and organizations that impact the industry
- Educating consumers to provide them with a Connection to their local health and wellness centers and how to incorporate better living into their lives
- Providing the best resources available including articles, education, and information enhancing success in our industry
- Connecting with our members through symposiums, internet, webinars, trade shows and one-on-one communication
Our members include professionals representing: Spa, Salon, Fitness, Wellness, Bodyworkers, Medical, Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Physical therapy, Esthetics, Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, and all practitioners within the integrative health care community.
